We are looking for technicians/mechanics who are energetic, upbeat, and have a positive attitude. The technicians we are looking for have to seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what’s right for our guest.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
<ul>
<li>Technicians use their knowledge &amp; skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our guest&nbsp;</li>
<li>Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles</li>
<li>Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections</li>
<li>Work as part of a team to troubleshoot customer concerns quickly and effectively</li>
<li>Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization</li>
<li>Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate customer concerns&nbsp;</li>
<li>Work together with other Technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results</li>

 Qualifications

<li>3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic</li>
<li>ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve</li>
<li>Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles</li>

About the Role:
CrowdStrike is seeking a Regional Sales Manager (individual contributor) to manage our largest accounts known as Majors. You will take CrowdStrike’s product capabilities and value to potential and existing clients to help defeat adversary.
The successful candidate has executive level contacts; is flexible and adaptable to rapidly changing situations. You must be extremely results driven, customer focused, technologically savvy, and innovative at building internal relationships/external partnerships to attack the market with.

Demonstrated experience in the Global Automotive market with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales is desired.

<li>
Capable of closing 7 figure global deals in solutions and services opportunities
</li>
<li>
Proven successful track record meeting and/or exceeding individually owned quota and performance metrics
</li>
<li>
Strong problem-solving skills, ability to analyze complex multivariate problems and use a systematic approach to gain swift resolution.
</li>
<li>
Strong understanding of Cybersecurity, Cloud and/or SaaS technologies and competitive offerings in the marketplace.
</li>

Significant and proven experience developing relationships with senior executives and alliance partners.

Regional Sales Manager - Majors (Remote)

About the Role:
The Customer Development Representative (CDR) will partner with CrowdStrike’s Account Management team to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities in our customer base. The successful CDR will be measured upon qualified opportunities, as well as other weekly and monthly KPIs. CDRs are enabled and coached to master the intricacies and strategies of the Account Management role. They will conduct multi- threaded outreach strategies that combine direct engagement, nurture campaigns and social selling aimed at booking qualified meetings with decision makers. With the goal of developing into quota-carrying sales professionals in 12-18 months, CDRs will receive world class Sales Readiness training with a heavy focus on Sandler and MEDDPICC methodologies.
This is a hybrid role and requires in-office work three times a week. It will require you to be within commuting distance to our Austin, TX office.
