RESUMEN DEL PUESTO:

El supervisor es el encargado de definir las responsabilidades de los proyectos, incluyendo instalación y mantenimiento. El supervisor tiene la responsabilidad del entrenamiento, desarrollo y desempeño de los empleados. Suministra y monitorea los materiales que requieren los empleados para la implementación de sus funciones.
FUNCIONES PRINCICPALES:

<li>Supervisar a los electricistas, instrumentistas, técnico especialista y cualquier otro empleado por hora que esté trabajando en las áreas del proyecto. Asegurar que el empleado cumpla con sus tareas eficientemente.</li>
<li>Supervisar las instalaciones de conductos, cableado, accesorios, dispositivos, instrumentos y equipos.</li>
<li>Supervisar la instalación, el mantenimiento, y la reparación de los sistemas del equipo eléctrico y de instrumentación.</li>
<li>Supervisa instalaciones, mantenimiento de sistemas y/o equipos accionados por motor eléctricos de alto y bajo voltaje utilizado.</li>
<li>Supervisar y participa en el entrenamiento y el desarrollo de empleados. Verificar que todos sus empleados hayan tomado el adiestramiento necesario para ejercer su función.</li>
<li>Anticipar los materiales y el equipo necesario para el empleado y solicitar los mismos a la oficina o con el ingeniero del proyecto.</li>
<li>Redactar circulares e informes.</li>
<li>Demuestra esfuerzo continuo de mejorar operaciones, de disminuir tiempo perdido, de agilizar procesos del trabajo, y de proporcionar servicio de calidad al cliente.</li>

<li>Monitorear las herramientas y los equipos, asegurando que estén en buenas condiciones para que las condiciones de trabajo sean adecuadas.</li>
<li>Controla el uso de herramientas y equipo utilizados en los proyectos.</li>
<li>Mantener un ambiente seguro de trabajo, asegurando que los empleados cumplan con las normas de seguridad, utilizar su equipo de seguridad, utilizar las herramientas y maquinarias de forma segura.</li>
<li>En caso de accidentes, debe asegurar que el empleado reciba los primeros auxilios. </li>
<li>Debe investigar los accidentes o lesiones y preparar los reportes.</li>
<li>Orientar y ofrecer instrucciones específicas a los empleados del proyecto.</li>
<li>Realizar evaluaciones periódicas a los empleados para medir su desempeño.</li>
<li>Realizar reuniones con los empleados, para discutir los avances del proyecto y comunicados.</li>
<li>Responsable de mantener la disciplina en los empleados, asegurando que cumplan con las normas establecidas por la empresa y las del cliente.</li>
<li>Documentar las acciones disciplinarias (según está documentado en el Manual del Empleado) y enviarlas a Recursos Humanos. Debe notificar cualquier conducta irregular del empleado.</li>
<li>Debe orientar al personal acerca del trabajo a realizar, y debe implementar un plan junto con el empleado para corregir las deficiencias.</li>
<li>Debe realizar recomendaciones o tener iniciativas hacia el personal: promociones, transferencias, acciones disciplinarias, entre otras.</li>
<li>Controlar las horas del proyecto y preparar la hoja de horas de todos sus empleados diariamente. Al final del día debe recoger la firma del empleado, y al final de la semana debe enviarlo a la oficina de AG Group. Debe reportar las horas reales.</li>
<li>Debe ser responsable del maletín ponchador, y asegurar que todos los empleados del proyecto puedan realizar sus ponches diariamente.</li>
<li>Debe realizar una serie de reportes relacionado a la labor realizada, desempeño, horas trabajadas, material utilizado, entre otros.</li>
<li>Debe apoyar al Ingeniero del Proyecto en la documentación relacionada con el Sistema de Gestión de Calidad. Ejemplo: STA, discusión con el empleado del JHA, Checklist de Infraestructura, entre otras.</li>
<li>Apoyar al grupo encargado de realizar estimados.</li>
<li>Asiste a reuniones de proyectos con el cliente.</li>
<li>Verifica y genera “punch list” para cerrar proyectos.</li>
<li>Asegurar de tener la evidencia objetiva de que el trabajo fue realizado correctamente según se estableció en el “Project Scope”. Evidenciar las pruebas realizadas.</li>
<li>Identificar cambios de órdenes.</li>
<li>Ayuda a implementar el programa de seguridad.</li>
<li>Completar el “reporte de permiso de trabajo diario”, colocarlo en un lugar visible en su área de trabajo. Al finalizar la labor del día, debe notificarle al cliente para que cierre el reporte.</li>
<li>Otras tareas que le sean asignadas por el Ingeniero o la Gerencia que estén relacionadas a su trabajo.</li>

This position will perform MRI procedures as requested by the ordering providers through established protocols, policies and procedures. This position also performs work and patient care as a member of a multidisciplinary team consisting of radiologists, radiology residents, radiologic technologists, and nurses 
DIMENSIONS :

NATURE AND SCOPE :
Provides MRI imaging to patients of all age groups, from newborn to geriatric. Interacts with patients, and their families, physicians, hospital staff and other departments. 
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
<ul>
<li>Identifies each patient and reviews their information for consistency of exam ordered, clinical diagnosis, prep and all demographic information..</li>
<li>Assesses all information and factors that may contraindicate the exam, such as medications, insufficient preparation, etc.</li>
<li>Screens all patients, for ferrous and RF-sensitive materials and prosthetic devices before patient enters the MRI magnetic field. Makes sure that the safety screening forms have been completed and checks for contraindications for the exam.</li>
<li>Utilizes all safety devices on equipment to insure the safety of the patient and technologist.</li>
<li>Reviews the patient’s chart and physician’s request to determine optimal imaging parameters for suspected pathology. Selects appropriate images coils and protocols for each exam. Knows how to revise patient position or imaging parameters to better visualize the anatomy, or pathology, according to established guidelines.</li>
<li>Determines the appropriate amount of contrast agent to be administered based on the patient’s age, weight and requested procedure. Administers contrast agents according to established guidelines. Monitors patient during contrast injections for contrast infiltration or reactions and notifies the radiologist and pages emergency response team when required.</li>
<li>Provides accurate explanations and instructions to the patient, significant others and healthcare providers at a level that they can understand. Addresses patient questions and concerns regarding the procedure.</li>
<li>Responds to questions about MRI risk factors. Verifies that the patient has consented to the procedure, and obtains consent as needed, and makes sure the patient fully understands the risks, benefits and alternatives.</li>
<li>Assesses and monitors the patient’s physical and mental condition prior to, during and after procedures. Administers first aid and/or provides life support (CPR) in emergency situations. Documents clearly any issues with the study or patient.</li>
<li>Knows how to reformat images and performs special 3D imaging as needed.</li>
<li>Notifies appropriate health care provider when immediate clinical response is necessary based on procedural findings and patient condition.</li>
<li>Sends all images to PACS with all relevant documents. Archives images to data storage devices according to established standards</li>
<li>Sends images to Nighthawk service per established standards.</li>
<li>Reports all equipment failures and safety problems</li>
<li>Maintains controlled access to MRI magnetic field.</li>
<li>Conducts daily QA and equipment warm-up per established standards.</li>
