<li>Send, receive, and organize faxes and medical records.</li>
<li>Scan, file, and organize documents.</li>
<li>Prepare and distribute patient records (USB/CD).</li>
<li>Handle outgoing mail and shipping (labels, tracking).</li>
<li>Assist with general office support and high-volume periods.</li>
<li>Run occasional office errands (mail, supplies).</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) – REQUIRED.</li>
<li>Prior medical office or administrative experience preferred.</li>
<li>Strong communication and organizational skills.</li>
<li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>HIPAA compliance and professionalism required.</li>
<li>Comfortable with basic office and shipping technology.</li>
</ul>
