The BCBA works with individuals with a variety of disorders, such as Autism, ADHD and Mild Intellectual disabilities.BCBAs oversee the development, modification, and implementation of treatment plans (i.e., behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition goals) for each client on their caseload. They work collaboratively on a clinical team and may work one-on-one with caregivers in home and community settings. The BCBA collaborates with the clients caregivers and the case supervisor to develop a comprehensive and individualized intervention plan.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

The selected candidate will be responsible for: &nbsp; &nbsp;

<li>Primary responsibilities are overseeing and assisting in the operation of the Coating Lines</li>
<li>Responsible for following GMP's and training staff accordingly</li>
<li>Assist supervisor in a variety of activities such as coordinating workflow, training new hires, and other given assignments</li>
<li>Able to disassemble, clean, and set-up encapsulation machines as well as other production equipment</li>
<li>Clean, floors, and walls and sanitize room per established procedures</li>
<li>Review batch records for accuracy and completeness, correctly documenting all steps in the process</li>
<li>Observe the machine during operation, adjust as needed, and inspect for wear and tear</li>
<li>Coordinate with supervisor to increase productivity and quality of product</li>
<li>Handling of raw materials and components used during the production process</li>
<li>Maintain proper attire and PPE at all times to ensure integrity of the product as per cGMP's and company SOPs</li>
<li>Follow instruction on Batch records to manufacture products within company and customer specifications</li>
<li>Report any issues in the production process to the Production Supervisor</li>
<li>Duties and tasks may be added or changed at any time</li>
<li>Takes samples of product and perform in process testing as per batch record instructions&nbsp;</li>
