Job DescriptionLocation: Holly Hill Cement Plant SC Job Req ID: 11153 Join our amazing team and contribute as a: Electrical Engineer I ABOUT THE ROLE The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for all electrical maintenance activities at the plant. They will ensure electrical project work is completed in a safe, efficient, and timely manner and in compliance with environmental requirements and to work cooperatively to plan, schedule, and execute all control system activities in the plant in order to maximize equipment utilization and reliability. The Electrical Engineer will also be a part of the the company's Build4Growth Program. This is an extensive, 16-month cement manufacturing learning and development program designed to provide new graduate engineers with foundational knowledge and experience on the main operational areas of our cement plants. This program is built on a blended learning approach including online learning, face-to-face sessions, on-the-job assignments, and projects. WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH 
<ul>

<li>Promote safety with all other employees and outside contractors.</li>
<li>Promote electrical safety and safe work practices in the workplace with subordinates.</li>
<li>Responsible for supervising the electrical and instrumentation technicians in the execution of daily work orders and projects assigned by the maintenance coordinator. </li>
<li>Electrical preventive and predictive maintenance programs. This includes conducting systematic inspections on all plant electrical equipment, collection of quantitative data, its' organization and analysis using a variety of traditional as well as technically advanced diagnostic tools.</li>
<li>Responsible for the accurate documentation of electrical schematics and stores spare parts inventory.</li>
<li>Ensure all system programming meets with proper environmental compliance. </li>
<li>Maintain system documentation including but not limited to master equipment files, regulatory compliance files, equipment specifications, and repair history</li>
<li>Evaluate computer control equipment and their components to assure they meet the plant requirements.</li>
<li>Define, write and implement changes to existing process control programs.</li>
<li>Provide control system training and guidance for plant personnel.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot control system hardware and software problems.</li>

Job DescriptionLocation: Rosser TX Job Req ID: 14576 Join our amazing team and contribute as a: Plant Manager - Aggregate ABOUT THE ROLE The basic function of the Plant Manager is to provide the necessary leadership to plan, direct, organize, coordinate and control the mining of raw materials and the production of shippable product at the assigned Plant in a manner to meet Aggregate Dispatcher requests on a timely and cost efficient basis. The Plant Manager will be tasked with ensuring that an appropriate quality product is made at the Plant. The Plant Manager will ensure proper staffing and monitoring of the inventory status at the Plant and in addition will coordinate activities with the following departments: Aggregate Operations Department - Dispatch, Fleet Maintenance Department, and Quality Control Department of the Region in addition Regional Administration / Financial function. The Plant Manager will analyze and monitor production efficiency / productivity to ensure the Company is fully utilizing on site vehicles and plant equipment at the assigned location. In addition, the Plant Manager will develop mining and production strategies and tactics to ensure an approach to raise productivity levels, maintaining safety as a top propriety, while controlling the costs of the assigned location. WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH • Consistently identify new operational opportunities and develop strategies for accomplishing the attainment of improved efficiency and productivity. • Address the needs of the customer while at the same time promoting and protecting the long-term interests of the Company. • Initiate and implement production and scheduling related programs, strategies and techniques that result in increased productivity, and maintain safe operations of the assigned Plant, while containing the budgeted expenses of the assigned plants. • Manage the performances of subordinate personnel, work independently, meet deadlines and manage the assigned Plant with fiscal integrity. • Delegate responsibilities; must be able to objectively evaluate the performance of subordinates; and must be able to hold others accountable in a constructive manner. • Participate in Company safety inspections as well as MSHA inspections. • Communicate with site crew which includes plant operator, loader operators and laborers. Depending on labor situation and plant size may need to load and/or be part of operating crew. • Supervise team to maintain production and efficiency. Schedule production and execute preventative maintenance routines • Maintain sufficient inventory levels at site to service customers' needs • Responsible for the rail circuit loading and unloading between Stringtown and DFW area WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Education: Bachelor's degree or 5 years of equivalent experience Field of Study Preferred: Mining Engineering, Management, CIM Required Work Experience: 5-7 years Aggregate Mining and related Raw Materials Plant Production experience Required Technical Skills: Computer proficiency required.
