Industrial Maintenance Technician (Direct Hire)
Location: Aurora, CO
Pay: $35.50/hour
Schedule: 24/7 operation with rotating days, nights, weekends, and holidays

What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and automated systems
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment reliability
- Support new equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements
- Respond to real-time production issues and help maintain uptime in a 24/7 environment
- Partner with teammates to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency
What You Bring
- At least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience
- Experience working with conveyors, robotics, or automated production systems
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting capabilities
- Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including nights and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with CMMS platforms
- Working knowledge of controls systems and industrial safety standards

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58760.00 - $68432.00/yr.
