Key Responsibilities

<li>2+ years of experience in process optimization and troubleshooting within a manufacturing environment.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies, and statistical process control (SPC).</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to analyze process data, identify bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of P&amp;IDs, process control systems, and manufacturing equipment.</li>

Pay: $20 - $26 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: Flexible schedule within the hours of Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (full-time positions also available)
 
About Us: We are a local, small business specializing in electro-optical technology. We are seeking dependable Part-Time Production Technicians to join our electronics manufacturing and assembly team. In this hands-on role, you will support the assembly, repair, and testing of electronic and electro-optical components and sub-assemblies.
 
Key Responsibilities:
