Position Overview:

As a production worker at Advance American Labs, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process of our supplements. You will be responsible for operating machinery, monitoring production lines, and ensuring that products meet quality standards. This is a full-time, permanent position with the potential for growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures

- Monitor production lines to ensure products are being made correctly and efficiently

- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards

- Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues that may arise

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

- Follow all safety protocols and company policies

- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors

- Meet production goals and deadlines on a consistent basis

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred

- Familiarity with production machinery and equipment

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

- Good communication and teamwork skills

- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities

- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
