Scope of Work: Perform quality system audits and verification of contractual requirements and applicable regulations in direct support of the Military Unaccompanied Housing contract.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Conduct routine on-site inspections of contractor-performed maintenance and repair work to ensure compliance with contract requirements, building codes, and applicable standards.</li>
<li>Evaluate workmanship, materials, and safety practices; identify, document, and report deficiencies or non-compliance.</li>
<li>Prepare and submit detailed daily inspection reports outlining findings, work progress, and any non-conformance issues.</li>
<li>Verify that work is completed in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and industry standards.</li>
<li>Monitor and document contractor performance using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).</li>
<li>Enforce established Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) procedures throughout the project lifecycle.</li>
<li>Review and interpret contract documents, drawings, and technical specifications to support accurate inspections.</li>
</ul>
 Minimum Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Minimum of three (3) years of related experience performing Quality Control inspections.</li>
<li>Previous journeyman-level experience in commercial construction within skilled trades such as Electrical, Carpentry, Plumbing, and HVAC.</li>
<li>OSHA certifications preferred.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with CMMS or work order systems such as Maximo preferred.</li>
<li>Ability to successfully complete a Tier 1 Public Trust background check, if required.</li>
<li>Must be able to maintain access to government worksites.</li>
<li>Valid state driver’s license with a safe driving record, in accordance with company policy, to operate vehicles or equipment as required.</li>

Physical Demands / Work Environment:

Generator Service Technician
Position Overview:
The Generator Technician will install, repair and perform routine and preventative maintenance on generators and back-up power systems.
Reporting Relationship: The Generator Technician reports to the Service Manager
Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
· Able to perform generator repairs of industrial generators as well as preventative maintenance
· Able to perform generator troubleshooting and diagnostics
· Maintains knowledge of updated changes in various models of equipment
· Evaluates and recommends any required repairs
· Excellent customer skills
· Proactively stays up to date on safety training, compliance, and knowledge of HAZ MAT and DOT requirements
· Continually trains and develops to advance to next levels of Generator Technician
· Perform other duties as assigned
Skills/Knowledge:
· Possess a working knowledge of the Generator Technician position and how it relates to the overall business and its' objectives
· Must conform to company policies and procedures and meet company goals and objectives as well as protect the company assets and interests
· Must have and be able to maintain a current driver's license and acceptable driving record per HM Cragg insurance carrier standard
· Must be able to pass and maintain drug and alcohol testing requirements
· Must be computer literate, a Windows based environment preferred (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Outlook)
· Must be dependable and able to work independently
· Must be able to lift 100-150 pounds several times a day
· Must be able to bend and twist several times a day
· Must be able to work arms extended above head for extended amounts of time
· Must be able to work flexible hours, days, travel and stay overnight
· Ability to maintain a professional appearance, promote and maintain a clean, neat, and safe work environment
· Possess troubleshooting skills and be able to effectively operate basic shop equipment

Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Industry experience preferred - Generators, Power Equipment, and Transfer Switches
· Experience installing/repairing generators preferred
· Efficient in Microsoft Suite products including Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point

The assembler plays a critical role in supporting production manufacturing to meet customer deadlines. The assembler will work on routine assignments that require limited judgment, and must adhere to production standards and goals while assisting in cross-training focus factory members. This position operates within established policies and procedures, with general instructions provided for routine work and detailed instructions for new assignments.
Responsibilities

<li>Read and understand instructions for specific jobs daily.</li>
<li>Perform in-house quality checks to ensure all parts meet standards, documenting any defects as per the 'see something, say something' policy.</li>
<li>Utilize basic hand tools such as flat head screwdrivers, torque wrenches, and Phillips screwdrivers.</li>
<li>Perform various job functions, ranging from 1 to 20 tasks, based on work instructions for the day.</li>
<li>Sit or stand as required by job tasks, with options available for most positions.</li>
</ul>
Essential Skills
<ul>
<li>6 months of manufacturing experience.</li>
<li>Proficiency in assembly using basic hand and power tools.</li>
<li>Strong reading and writing skills.</li>
<li>Experience in production and assembly line work.</li>
<li>Familiarity with torque tools and general labor practices.</li>
<li>Basic computer skills and documentation abilities.</li>
</ul>
Additional Skills &amp; Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Mechanically inclined individuals preferred.</li>
<li>Experience in electronics, mechanical, and electrical assembly.</li>
<li>Ability to sit and/or stand for the duration of the shift.</li>
<li>Capable of frequently reaching at waist level and occasionally above the head.</li>
<li>Ability to carry up to 10 lbs and lift up to 45 lbs.</li>
<li>Ability to frequently push, pull, bend, kneel, and stoop.</li>
