What You’ll Be Doing:
Responsible for the set-up, maintenance, operation, troubleshooting, and training of robotic welding equipment. Provide technical knowledge support for the Manufacturing Operations Teams while also performing duties of Production. Coordinates and/or facilitates communication between Manufacturing, Engineering and Maintenance. Supports cost reduction, quality and process improvement initiatives as related to supplies and consumables.

Weekend Day Shift 6:00AM - 6:00PM Friday to Sunday, $3.00/hr. premium
Weekend Night Shift 6:00PM-6:00AM Friday to Sunday, 4.50/hr. premium

Who we are looking for: 
We are currently looking for a Millwright/Machine Repair to be based out of Wayne, MI. Position 3rd Shift (S-TH, 11:00PM-7:00AM) The Hourly wage rate ranges from $37.55 - $39.62 (Journeyman Millwright). Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this person will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment and machinery to support facility operations.
What you’ll do: 
Additional Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

<li>Install, maintain, modify, and repair all mechanical systems and associated equipment</li>
<li>Inspect, test, and troubleshoot components of mechanical systems, including: pumps, valves, and associated piping; mechanical power presses and associated support equipment; and hydraulic and pneumatic systems</li>
<li>Utilize blueprints and manufacturers’ installation manuals to complete assigned projects</li>
<li>Align and calibrate machinery and equipment parts as required for efficient and safe operation</li>
