We are looking to hire several Mechanical and Piping Insulators to join our self-perform team for ongoing work at Camp Lejeune, NC. All work is to be performed on the military base and is paid the required Davis-Bacon prevailing wage, specific to the Camp Lejeune, NC military base.
Our Insulators will be responsible for applying insulating materials or ductwork, or other mechanical systems in order to help control and maintain temperature. Work involves technical application of mechanical principles. This is all to be done using the appropriate equipment and implementing the required safety practices in support of RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values. 
Pay: $19.19-$35 per hour

EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE:

<li>High school diploma or G.E.D. is the minimal education required for this position. Should be supplemented by completion of a Union, private (in-house), military, or trade school apprenticeship program that includes theory and on-the-job work.</li>
<li>4 or more years (or equivalent) field or trade work experience as a journey-level mechanical piping insulator (an apprenticeship program preferred) in a commercial or facilities operations setting is required; government, military, or large commercial construction experience preferred.</li>

JOB SUMMARY:
The Production Manager is responsible to lead the Mitigation department to ensure mitigation resources are deployed in a timely and effective manner to ensure Paul Davis customers receive the highest and most urgent care possible in property emergency situations. This role requires significant coordination with other functional leaders within the business to ensure the team is always providing extraordinary care while serving people in their time of need.
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
<ul>
<li>Schedule and deploy mitigation personnel and equipment resources in property mitigation scenarios</li>
<li>Assess team competencies and coach individuals to close operational gaps</li>
<li>Review technician resumes and conduct interviews in coordination with other leaders in hiring capacities</li>
<li>Coordinate with other functional leaders to ensure customer needs are being met in a timely manner</li>
<li>Manage mitigation project budgets with direction from assigned Project Managers</li>
<li>Document project delivery milestones and other relevant project information in project databases</li>
<li>Manage mitigation equipment maintenance schedule to maximize equipment functionality and uptime</li>
<li>Identify potential project risks and issues and communicate them to project managers</li>
<li>Work with customers directly in escalation situations and/or in highly complex project deliveries</li>
<li>Train personnel towards improved productivity regardless of tenure</li>
<li>Ensure Quality Metrics KPIs are documented, and minimum insurance carrier expectations SLAs are maintained</li>
<li>Lead regular team meetings to ensure morale and project delivery standards are maintained/improved</li>
<li>Maintain mitigation supply inventory levels</li>
<li>Assist field technicians on project sites when required</li>
<li>Responsible for review of hourly timecards for bi-weekly Payroll processing </li>

<li>Previous leadership experience in restoration, construction, or a related industry</li>
