Possessing a functional knowledge of all survey equipment including setup, acquisition styles, and equipment limitations with respect to project tolerances and expectations. Responsibilities:

The General Foremanoversees the work of the Foreman at each construction site, ensuring their team is working safely and efficiently. They have a mix of onsite and administrative responsibilities to complete each day.The General Foreman plans, coordinates and supervises the work of the Foreman. Benefits:

Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Leads the Foreman in multiple same or various scopes.</li>
<li>Supervises operations within a construction site.</li>
<li>Coordinates tasks according to priorities and plans.</li>
<li>Produce schedules and monitor attendance of crew.</li>
<li>Allocates general and daily responsibilities.</li>
<li>Supervises and trains workers and tradespeople.</li>
<li>Ensures manpower and resources are adequate.</li>
<li>Guarantees all safety precautions and quality standards are met.</li>
<li>Supervises the use of machinery and equipment.</li>
<li>Monitors expenditures and ensures they remain within budget.</li>
<li>Resolves problems when they arise.</li>
<li>Reports on progress the Superintendent and/or Project Manager.</li>
</ul>
Required Skills:
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or diploma in a skilled trade (electrician, carpenter etc.)</li>
<li>Proven experience as construction foreman</li>
<li>In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, and equipment</li>
<li>Understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems</li>
<li>Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints.</li>
<li>Excellent organizational and leadership skills</li>
<li>Ability to communicate and report effectively.</li>
<li>Aptitude in math</li>
<li>Problem-solving abilities</li>
<li>OSHA 30 Certification or equivalent safety training.</li>
</ul>
