<li>Constantly monitor machines to ensure the manufacture of accurate components per job specifications.</li>
<li>Clean, debur, and inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications.</li>
<li>Use measuring devices and techniques to ensure proper sizing for each specific job.</li>
<li>Read and interpret blueprints to ensure parts are correct according to job scope.</li>
<li>Record materials used throughout the process, including types and varieties.</li>
<li>Record data throughout the process, including sizing and illustrations, to ensure proper job outcomes.</li>
<li>Use various hand-held and stationary power and non-power tools as needed.</li>

Essential Skills

<li>CNC machining experience with mills and lathes.</li>

Work Environment
Work in a very large job shop facility that is semi-climate controlled. The environment can become hot during summer and cool during winter. Shift available is 2nd shift (3:30PM - 2AM), and you will train on 1st (6AM-4:30PM). Employees are expected to wear shop attire, including steel toe boots and work pants. High-visibility shirts and other personal protective equipment, such as earplugs, safety glasses, gloves, and respirators, are provided.

Duties:
 Manage on-call system during assigned shift.
<ul>
<li>Provide resource and information to direct service personnel.</li>
<li>Update schedule due to unplanned absences.</li>
<li>Coordinate coverage due to call-offs- providing emergency backup if other personnel are not available.</li>
<li>Provide emergent coverage in residential setting when needed.</li>
<li>Carry out administrative and quality review duties during assigned 12 hour shift.</li>
</ul>

<li>Assigned to SIRS Office location or Community/Residential site for quality assessment, observation, etc.</li>
