Press Brake Operator - Metal Fabrication Shop
Job Description
Job Description
About Us
We are a custom metal fabrication shop focused on precision, accountability, and doing things the right way. Our work is driven by customer drawings and 3D models, and we operate in a high-mix, detail-driven environment where quality and execution matter.
We believe a strong shop culture starts with clear standards and personal ownership. Everyone here is expected to take responsibility for their work, communicate directly, and care about the final product. We don’t cut corners, and we don’t lower the bar to make things easier.
Our goal is to build a team of people who want to improve their skills, take pride in their craft, and contribute to something bigger than just punching a clock. We invest in our equipment, our processes, and our people because long-term success depends on all three.
This is a shop for individuals who value discipline, consistency, and growth—both professionally and personally. If you want a place where your effort matters and your work speaks for itself, you’ll feel at home here.
What We Offer
- A culture built on accountability and ownership
We expect people to care about their work, take responsibility, and do things the right way—even when no one is watching. If you take pride in your craft, you’ll fit in here.
- Clear expectations and direct communication
We don’t play games, micromanage, or hide behind bureaucracy. You’ll know what’s expected of you, and you’ll get straightforward feedback to help you improve.
- A team that works hard and supports each other
This is a shop where people pull their weight, help solve problems, and respect each other’s time and effort. We win and lose as a team.
- Opportunity to grow and take ownership of your role
Good performance is noticed and rewarded. As the shop grows, there are opportunities to expand your responsibilities, improve your skills, and increase your earning potential.
- Modern equipment and a clean, organized shop
We invest in our tools, processes, and workspace because we believe good people deserve a professional environment.
- Competitive pay and stable, year-round work
We value consistency—for our customers and our team. You can count on steady work in a shop that’s focused on long-term success, not short-term chaos.
This is not a clock-punching job. It’s a role for someone who wants to be proud of the work they put their name on.
