Job Duties: Will be assisting with shipping of products. Most of the day will be spent stacking bags of product onto pallets and then staging full pallets in the shipping area. This is a very physical job. Candidates must be able to be on their feet for the entire shift and be comfortable lifting up to 50lbs. There is an opportunity to get into forklift operating or leadership roles down the road.
Requirements: At least one year of previous warehouse experience is preferred, but not required. This is an entry level position and candidates with any sort of physical labor experience will be considered.

 Additional Information 
The base hourly range for this position is $30.29 - $39.42. Base hourly rate offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills &amp; experience, job location, and internal equity.

El Rol: El Operador de Campo opera, mantiene, soluciona problemas de instrumentación, equipos mecánicos y eléctricos, incluidos, entre otros, las turbinas a gas, turbinas a vapor, generadores, calderas, recuperadores de calor, compresores de aire, equipos de tratamiento de agua, motores, bombas, generadores diésel y otros equipos auxiliares. El Operador de Campo trabaja bajo la dirección del supervisor y el operador de sala de control, proporcionando recomendaciones y aportes al personal en la operación de todos los sistemas de la planta y el logro de los objetivos de rendimiento para la instalación.
 
Lo que harás:

<li>Garantiza un funcionamiento seguro y eficiente de la caldera, la turbina de gas, la turbina de vapor, el generador y los equipos auxiliares de la central. </li>
<li>Ejecuta la puesta en marcha, operación y apagado de equipos, sistemas y unidades de acuerdo con los procedimientos aprobados de la Central, manuales técnicos y según las indicaciones del operador de la sala de control.</li>
<li>Monitorea y registra los parámetros operativos locales, ajustándolos según sea necesario para mantener una operación segura y eficiente.</li>
<li>Apoya a los operadores de la sala de control en el funcionamiento correcto de la Central con asistencia mínima. Capaz de operar equipos localmente a través de PLC (Controladores de lógica programable).</li>
<li>Identifica y comunica problemas o contratiempos en los equipos en la Central Generatriz y mantiene a los operadores de sala de control completamente informados de las operaciones, las condiciones inusuales y equipos defectuosos.</li>
<li>Colabora en la ejecución de las órdenes de trabajo de mantenimiento correctivo y mantenimiento preventivo de manera oportuna y de alta calidad según lo asignado. </li>
<li>Inspecciona visualmente y escucha el equipo a intervalos periódicos para detectar fallas de funcionamiento o necesidad de reparación, ajuste o lubricación. </li>
<li>Observa, informa, soluciona problemas y corrige situaciones que puedan convertirse en problemas operativos o riesgos de seguridad.</li>
<li>Informa y responde ante situaciones de derrames y fugas químicas de acuerdo con los planes de respuesta a emergencias de la localidad.</li>
<li>Monitorea y opera disyuntores e interruptores del equipo según las indicaciones del operador de la sala de control para una operación segura y eficiente. Esto incluye abrir, bloquear y etiquetar para aislamiento y mantenimiento.</li>
<li>Realiza un cambio de turno efectivo con el operador de campo que se releva, incluidos pedidos especiales y condiciones operacionales inusuales. </li>
<li>Revisa los registros operacionales e inspecciones del equipo, los controles y otras especificaciones indicadas por el personal de Operaciones. </li>
<li>Según las indicaciones del operador de la sala de control, realiza pruebas periódicas en sistemas y equipos críticos de la planta, incluidas bombas de aceite lubricante, válvulas de turbina, disparos del sistema de turbina y disparos de calderas.</li>
<li>Lleva a cabo las transferencias de combustibles incluyendo el recibo de barcazas.</li>
<li>Prueba y opera el equipo contra incendios de la planta según las indicaciones.</li>
<li>Informa todas las actividades de mantenimiento al operador de la sala de control.</li>
<li>Participa en reuniones de seguridad programadas y capacitación.</li>
<li>Mantiene limpio todas las áreas de la facilidad en general, equipos auxiliares y área operacional y externa de las unidades.</li>
<li>Conduce vehículos livianos o pesados.</li>
<li>Realiza inspección de vehículo completa antes de hacer uso de este.</li>
<li>Garantiza un entorno de trabajo seguro al priorizar la seguridad, la calidad y la producción.</li>

Requisitos:
<ul>
<li>Grado de Escuela Superior de institución debidamente acreditada en Estados Unidos o Puerto Rico.</li>
<li>Grado técnico o asociado en Ingeniería, preferible. </li>
<li>Tres (3) años de experiencia en una industria relacionada.</li>
<li>Experiencia en puesta en marcha, operación y apagado de sistemas de calderas, turbinas de gas, turbinas de vapor y generadores. </li>
<li>Experiencia en el uso de herramientas manuales básicas, realizar mantenimiento básico de la central y tener la capacidad de leer e interpretar planos de la Central Generatriz.</li>
<li>Dominio del idioma inglés, preferible.</li>
<li>Hábil y disponible para la obtención de la certificación de credenciales en transportación (TWIC).</li>
<li>Licencia de conducir vigente en P.R. </li>
<li>Colaboración en equipo y destrezas interpersonales para asegurar la realización eficiente de las tareas.</li>
<li>Pensamiento crítico para analizar los procesos de trabajo e implementar mejoras en el día a día.</li>
<li>Optimización del tiempo para garantizar la planificación y la priorización de las tareas y proyectos.</li>
