&nbsp; Job Summary:&nbsp; We are&nbsp;seeking&nbsp;a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure product and process quality in our manufacturing operations. &nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Lead and support Quality improvement projects across manufacturing processes&nbsp;to reduce&nbsp;internal&nbsp;defects,&nbsp;supplier defects,&nbsp;customer&nbsp;quality escapes, and enhance customer satisfaction.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
&nbsp; Qualifications:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>1-2 years of Manufacturing Quality improvement&nbsp;experience&nbsp;with an Engineering degree OR&nbsp;&nbsp;3 Plus years of experience with&nbsp;an associate degree&nbsp;from&nbsp;Technical&nbsp;Community College. Fresh graduates interested in developing a career in Quality&nbsp;will&nbsp;also&nbsp;be&nbsp;considered.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Knowledge&nbsp;of quality tools such as&nbsp;APQP,&nbsp;FMEA,&nbsp;CTQ,&nbsp;SPC, 8D,&nbsp;5 Why,&nbsp;Fishbone&nbsp;Analysis, Pareto, and control charts&nbsp;are&nbsp;a plus.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Experience in Sheet&nbsp;Metal&nbsp;Fabrication, Welding, Paint and&nbsp;Electrical/Mechanical&nbsp;Assembly processes is a plus.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Proficiency&nbsp;in data analysis tools (MS&nbsp;Excel, Minitab, or similar); Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Epicor) and SharePoint is a plus.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Certification (CQE, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt) is a plus.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Fluent in English,&nbsp;additional&nbsp;languages like&nbsp;Spanish&nbsp;an advantage&nbsp;</li>
