Job Description
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our 51 year old business! You will perform a variety of administrative functions, involving MS Word for data entry and progressively receive training in our Custom software and QuickBooks. Growth will enable you to perform research and sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter on-line to support our senior staff members and EARN BONUS beyond your salary!This is a role for someone who wants to use their administrative skills to increase their earnings as their ability to contribute to the business grows.
Initial Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Data entry of resumes and other information into MS/Word and our custom data base.</li>
<li>Answering VoIP calls and directing calls to staff members via our RINGCENTRAL VoiP System.</li>
<li>Conducting on-line background checks as needed for all staff members' projects.</li>
<li>Maintaining organized filing systems (manual and data base) for each business.</li>
<li>Coordinating with contractors, suppliers to our businesses, and tenants as necessary.</li>
<li>Re-ordering supplies and materials as needed.</li>
<li>Internet use of LinkedIn for research and sourcing and training on QuickBooks to develop your role as a valued staff member.</li>
<li>Using MS- Excel to create weekly, monthly, and annual performance reports and other management tools.</li>
<li>This is a bonus eligible position. Office Hours are: M-Th 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. and Fridays 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.</li>

Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Should enjoy using MS/Word for data entry and desire exposure and training on other software packages, like Excel, QuickBooks exposure are all a plus.</li>
<li>Excellent written, verbal, and proof-reading kills with the ability to work as a collaborative team member.</li>
<li>Should enjoy creating administrative order and involvement inprojects with staff members.</li>
<li>Previous Receptionist and Administrative Assistant experience using phone, email, internet, and Microsoft Products. Previous Teams or Zoom experience desirable.</li>
<li>​The desire and ability to grow as a Research Assistant and key member of our tightly knit team.</li>
