<li>Communicate quality data, quality information, quality concerns, and quality changes to all parties (internal and corporate) in a regular, timely and understandable manner.</li>

<li>Develop, implement, and maintain data/information systems to allow fact-based decisions.</li>

<li>Provide statistical analysis and assistance to plant members to ensure the core value of running to target with little variability for effective use of resources as required.</li>

<li>Contribute as a team member in various situations, projects, and activities not included in other principal accountabilities to assist in the accomplishment of established objectives.</li>

<li>Support raw material quality and cost optimization by working with the team and suppliers.</li>

<li>Lead the development, maintenance, and delivery of quality and other training for the plant. Provide consulting and training on key quality processes, tools and systems.</li>

<li>Lead or is highly involved in continuous improvement efforts for NA Quality initiatives.</li>
\n
<li>Provide leadership in the practical application of the Quality Management System in all assignments and responsibilities.</li>

<li>Provide leadership to the plant team when quality issues arise that require swift action to isolate/dimension/retrieve (inside or outside the facility) and assess defects and establish defect rates. Facilitate board events within the plant.</li>

JOB SUMMARY 
Under the direction of the Director of Outreach and Engagement (OED), the BoldAge PACE Ambassador is responsible for driving program growth through strategic outreach, relationship development, and high-quality prospect engagement. EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

<li>High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Healthcare Administration, or Human Services preferred.</li>
<li>Minimum of 3 years in community outreach, relationship-based sales, or business development — ideally in healthcare, aging services, or nonprofit settings.</li>
<li>Proven ability to meet or exceed sales, referral, or outreach goals.</li>

Position Summary:
The Certified Medication Technician (CMT), reporting directly to the Director of Nursing, is responsible for administering medications and providing direct resident care in accordance with individualized care plans. <li>Understand the residents’ Advance Directives and follows their wishes.</li>
<li>Ensure effective communication is being utilized by community staff with the residents’ families concerning residents’ care, encompassing their physical, personal, and emotional wellbeing.</li>

Qualifications:
