Compensation:
$39,520 - $52,000 per year
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Answer phones and communicate with clients, providers, opposing counsel, and internal team members</li>
<li>Request, track, and follow up on medical records, bills, and itemized statements</li>
<li>Assist attorneys and paralegals in gathering and organizing evidence needed to support clients’ cases</li>
<li>Help ensure all case files are current, complete, and ready for the next stage of litigation or settlement</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Candidates should have strong organizational and communication skills</li>
<li>Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented</li>
<li>Comfortable working with deadlines and managing multiple open records requests</li>
<li>Bilingual (Spanish/English)</li>
<li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with quick turnaround times</li>
<li>Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word documents, Excel, and other Microsoft products</li>

Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Maintaining correspondence and pleadings</li>
<li>Assisting with document productions, coordinating attorney review for relevant and privilege documents and coordinating efforts with appropriate vendors</li>
<li>Maintaining deposition files and deposition databases,</li>
<li>Assisting in the preparation of witnesses for depositions, and assisting in all aspects of the preparation for trial and attending trial.</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of litigation experience. </li>
<li>Familiarity with electronic filings and electronic discovery and the flexibility to travel and work overtime. </li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications are required. </li>
<li>This position necessitates the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure.</li>
