We are seeking an Immigration Lawyer to be the Project Manager for a DOJ EOIR contract. You will serve as the Project Manager for the contract and also serve as a back up attorney (Qualified Representative) when necessary to represent Franco clients in immigration proceedings.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Plan and implement a project management plan in compliance with the contract</li>
<li>Oversee the work of immigration attorneys in multiple locations</li>
<li>Meet with the COR on a weekly basis to discuss performance and other issues</li>
<li>Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met</li>
<li>Maintain required project documentation and submit necessary reports on time</li>
<li>Represent Franco clients if needed in immigration proceedings</li>
<li>Perform related administrative and management functions as needed</li>
</ul>

Under the supervision of the Office Administrator, the Legal Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to meet the daily needs of the office location. The junior legal assistant will assist with preparing, organizing and filing electronic and non-electronic court filings and other legal documents; assisting with data entry for new business intake (NBI), utilizing the NetDocs document management system for file and document storage; processing invoices/expense reports, providing clerical support to attorneys and other professional personnel. Responsibilities can vary widely from day to day, and office needs may vary depending on location.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Provides day-to-day support to attorneys and legal support staff; primary duties include supporting the assigned products liability team and coordinating national discovery management.</li>
