Manufacturing Technician

Position Summary 
 
The Manufacturing Technician is responsible for manufacturing quality products efficiently, accurately, safely and on time. Their primary responsibility will be to operate manufacturing equipment to produce regulated and non-regulated products consistent with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), company policy and safety regulations. They will work on assignments that are routine in nature where an ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is required. The position requires attention to detail and fine motor dexterity. The Manufacturing Technician will work in a clean room environment assembling medical devices. Appropriate use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) is a requirement to perform routine and non-routine duties.
 Key skills required:
 Ability to perform routine tasks with minimal instruction. 
 Ability to work independently and as a part of a team. 
 Ability to perform work according to written guidelines and pre-established instructions and procedures. 
 Follow appropriate departmental cleaning procedures to ensure adequate cleaning of the manufacturing areas. 
 Ability to stand or sit for 1O hours. 
 Ability to work overtime as required to meet customer product demands. 
May be required to obtain and maintain a DoD Personnel Security Clearance.

Education and Experience

 Qualifications Job Requirements

The Staffing Coordinator matches caregivers with clients and coordinates caregiver schedules. This position involves extensive telephone work and interaction with caregivers, clients, and health care professionals. The Staffing Coordinator also responds to inquiries from prospective clients. Education: High School Diploma/GED required; Qualifications: Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills. Must be well-organized and have good attention to detail. . Must be a good problem solver and able to work on a team. Reports to: Administrator Primary Duties:

<li>Matches appropriate caregivers to cases based on personality, availability, and skill set.</li>
<li>Makes sure that all cases are covered and arranges for substitute/back-up coverage as necessary.</li>

<li>Responsible for verifying authorization of services with payors.</li>
<li>Serves as the point of contact for clients, caregivers and case managers.</li>
<li>Works closely with Business Manager to ensure that hours and pay rates are correct for payroll and billing rates are appropriate for invoicing.</li>
<li>Manages caregiver call-offs over three weekends a month.</li>
