Revel Media Group is seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Venues to lead the operational excellence, financial performance, and growth of audiovisual services across multiple venue locations. This senior leadership role oversees complex, multi-site operations, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality AV solutions that enhance client and partner experiences. The Director of Venues will act as a key liaison between internal teams, venue partners, and clients, driving operational consistency, compliance, and performance across all locations.

The Director of Venues is accountable for operational and financial performance across multiple locations, including budget management, forecasting, and P&amp;L oversight. You will optimize staffing, resource allocation, and equipment deployment while implementing process improvements that increase efficiency, margins, and scalability. Additionally, you will oversee vendor relationships, procurement, and equipment lifecycle management, ensuring that all projects and services are delivered reliably, on time, and at the highest quality standards.
We are seeking a candidate with extensive leadership experience in construction management, general contracting, or multi-site operations, with a proven track record managing distributed teams and complex projects.
