Campo Insurance is hiring a full-time Outbound Sales Producer to work at our Ogden office. You’ll be calling leads, following up, closing deals, and owning your numbers. We provide the tools — leads, scripts, and training — and give you the freedom to run your style. Just bring the hustle.
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to warm leads and prospects
- Follow up with potential clients through phone, text, and email
- Present and sell auto, home, and renters insurance
- Manage a daily sales pipeline and track performance
- Hit sales goals with consistency and energy
What We’re Looking For
- Strong phone skills and confidence in sales conversations
- Grit, discipline, and follow-through
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Licensed in Property & Casualty insurance — or willing to get licensed fast
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, call-heavy environment
