We're looking for a Transaction Coordinator to help our agents deliver seamless, stress-free experiences to their clients—from the moment a deal goes under contract to the day it closes. What You’ll Do:As our Transaction Coordinator, you’ll be the backbone of our closing process. Your job is to keep deals on track, ensure accuracy and compliance, and support our agents every step of the way. Perks &amp; Benefits:

 Your Day-to-Day Will Include: 
<ul>
<li>Managing all contract-to-close details - you'll average 80 transactions per month </li>
<li>Collecting EM receipts and distributing them to all parties </li>
<li>Preparing and sending documents for e-signature </li>
<li>Monitoring deadlines, dates, and deliverables </li>
<li>Ensuring full compliance of transaction files </li>
<li>Completing commission breakdowns and Disbursement Authorizations (DAs) </li>
<li>Tracking progress in Open to Close, ReZen and Dotloop </li>
<li>Providing excellent internal customer service and communication </li>
<li>Ensuring commissions are processed accurately and on time</li>
</ul>
 What You Won’t Do:&nbsp;We believe in everyone staying in their lane so we can each excel at what we do best. You will not be responsible for: 
<ul>
<li>Sending cancellations to co-op agents </li>
<li>Negotiating contracts or addenda </li>
<li>Scheduling inspections </li>
<li>Lead follow-up </li>
<li>Primary client interaction (that’s our agents' job) </li>
</ul>
Weekly Rhythm: 
<ul>
<li>Daily: Check emails, follow up on docs, monitor DAs, and keep agents informed </li>
<li>Weekly: TC team check-ins every week </li>
</ul>
What You Bring to the Table: 
<ul>
<li>Utah real estate license (required) </li>
<li>Experience as a transaction coordinator (required) </li>
<li>Bilingual (preferred) </li>
<li>Deep understanding of real estate documentation and compliance in Utah </li>
<li>Tech-savvy, especially with tools like Open to Close, Dotloop, ReZen, and other e-sign platforms </li>
<li>Exceptional communication, time management, and organization skills </li>
</ul>
