POSITION SUMMARY
The Project Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the successful completion of Rapid Re-Image projects for our QSR clients located throughout the US &amp; Canada. This role is client-facing and will work collaboratively with franchise owners, trades, subcontractors, building officials, and the other Archmill team members. This position is a hybrid between working remotely and onsite based upon project schedule expect approximately 30% travel required. Projects typically last from one to four weeks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Act as Liaison or Main Contact / Coordinator with Client (City/Owner) and Contractor during construction projects</li>
<li>Reviews project plans, requirements and specifications to develop a comprehensive understanding of the project&nbsp;</li>
<li>&nbsp;Facilitate Progress/Owner Meetings</li>
<li>&nbsp;Prepare Meeting Minutes and distribute to Project Team&nbsp;</li>
<li>&nbsp;Interpret and provide recommendations for the Prime Contract between Contractor and City/Owner</li>
<li>&nbsp;Oversee Construction Contract Budget, Review Schedule of Values and Payment Applications submitted by Contractor&nbsp;</li>
<li>&nbsp;Review Contractor’s Schedules / Provide Comments to Contractor and City/Owner&nbsp;</li>
<li>&nbsp;Review Cost Proposals from the Contractor / Provide recommendations to City/Owner. &nbsp;</li>
<li>&nbsp;Perform inspections of work performed by the Contractor.&nbsp; Take photographs and&nbsp;</li>
<li>prepare daily reports documenting work activities performed and whether they comply with project requirements</li>
<li>&nbsp;Coordinate materials testing firms as required, receive and review results to confirm they meet specifications</li>
<li>&nbsp;Prepare project punch lists, review contractor redlines, and prepare project close out documents</li>
</ul>
 Requirements
<ul>
<li>&nbsp;Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering.&nbsp;</li>
<li>&nbsp;A Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration is preferred.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Applicable experience of 4-8 years working in the construction industry, preferably as a Construction Manager, Field Engineer, Civil Construction Inspector, or similar may be substituted for the degree requirement</li>
<li>&nbsp;Knowledge of construction means &amp; methods and quality control measures, along with knowledge and experience in water/wastewater construction is a plus&nbsp;</li>
<li>&nbsp;Proactive and self-motivated individual, able to meet challenging time constraints</li>
<li>&nbsp;Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook software&nbsp;</li>
<li>&nbsp;Familiar with Microsoft Project and P6 Scheduling software a plus</li>
