We’re looking for someone who already has real hands-on experience with social media and wants to get better.Not someone brand new.
Not someone who’s just watched videos.You’ve actually posted content, edited video, and understand what performs.
What this role is:You’ll work directly with me helping execute marketing tied to real revenue.• Create and post short-form content (Reels, TikTok, etc.)
• Edit video content that holds attention
• Support webinar promotion and follow-through
• Assist with Meta ads and campaign execution
• Work inside HubSpot (or similar CRM) to track leads and activitySome days you’ll be editing.
Some days you’ll be working on campaigns.
Some days you’ll be figuring things out.
As you grow into the role, you’ll also be involved in:• Supporting and optimizing Facebook and Google ad campaigns
• Assisting with landing pages and demo funnel improvements
• Tracking and improving cost per booked demo• Webinars:• Helping launch and manage recurring webinars
• Supporting promotion and attendance
• Repurposing webinar content into clips and assetsYou don’t need to be an expert in all of this today —
but you should have exposure to parts of it and be ready to grow into it quickly.
What you need to already have:• Experience posting and managing social media content
• Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe, etc.)
• Basic understanding of Meta ads (you’ve been inside campaigns)
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
• You know what good content looks like vs averageIf you’ve never posted, edited, or touched ads — this won’t be a fit.

Pay:$42K – $52K base
Performance bonusRealistic path to $70K–$75K+ if you execute
