<li>Perform complete setup and teardown, load new setups, and run first parts</li>

<li>Work with small, high-precision aerospace components</li>

<li>Read and interpret blueprints, GD&amp;T, and work instructions</li>

STAFF DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR - RN
Job Description:
<ul>
<li>Coordinates the staff development program for the Facility.</li>
<li>Acts as personnel health nurse for Facility.</li>
<li>Provides orientation for all employees following the orientation policy and outline.</li>
<li>Conducts blood borne pathogens training for all new employees and presents updates to staff.</li>
<li>Conducts hazard communication standards training for all new employees and presents updates to all staff at least yearly.</li>
<li>Acts as the primary instructor for the Nurse Aide Training Program as approved by DFS, as necessary.</li>
<li>Posts workshops, hospital in-service or continuing education classes pertinent to staff and encourages attendance and participation.</li>
<li>Coordinates, schedules and directs in-house in-service for all staff.</li>
<li>Assists other Nursing Management Team as directed by the Director of Nursing in reviewing incident reports.</li>
<li>Works as charge nurse and/or supervisor as needed in nursing emergencies.</li>
</ul>
Job Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Registered Nurse, graduated from an accredited School of Nursing with a current, valid RN license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing.</li>
<li>Five years of nursing experience in a long term care setting, and/or nursing education experience.</li>
<li>Ability to provide quality nursing care to patients and genuine interest in geriatric nursing.</li>
<li>CPR certified yearly.</li>
<li>Ability to supervise nursing staff, assuring that work assignments are completed appropriately and timely.</li>
<li>Ability to make decisions regarding nursing problems.</li>
<li>Ability to teach, instruct and direct orientation, continuing education, and in-services.</li>
<li>Read, know, and follow personnel, department and facility procedures, and adhere to local, state, and federal requirements.</li>
