Summary: In this position, the CNC Operator is responsible for operating CNC equipment to manufacture parts that meet print. This includes making offset changes or consumable tool changes when needed. The operator will also be responsible for properly measuring parts. In addition, the operator will be responsible to deburr and wash parts.
 
Duties &amp; Functions:
<ul>
<li>Basic operation and multiple CNC Machines: Touch off tools when consumables are changed</li>
<li>Change out consumable tools (ex. drills, end mills, inserts)</li>
<li>Make tool offset changes to ensure parts are to print</li>
<li>Perform weekly preventative maintenance on the machine shop equipment by oiling, greasing, and making sure they are working properly</li>
<li>Monitor workflow to assure quality by following written procedures</li>
<li>Understand G &amp; M codes, troubleshoot code for issues</li>
<li>Install/ maintain commonly changed components and tools</li>
<li>Perform full basic CNC set ups on machines and ability to set up jobs on CNC Lathes (Fanuc/Haas Controller)</li>

Essential Job Functions

<li>Performs various clerical operations in support of the billing department duties and responsibilities, such as processing mail, faxes, sorting, filing and scanning correspondence, printing, and mailing patient statements, etc.</li>
<li>Ensure strict confidentiality of financial records in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.</li>

Required Qualifications, Education, and Experience
<ul>
<li>Excellent customer service skills and phone manner</li>
<li>Ability to work well in a team environment. Being able to triage priorities, delegate tasks if needed and handle conflict in a reasonable fashion.</li>
<li>A minimum of three to five years of experience in a medical office setting</li>
<li>Prior EMR/Practice Management Software experience strongly desired, particularly Central Reach or AdvancedMD</li>
<li>Medical billing: 3 years (Required)</li>
<li>High school or equivalent (Required)</li>
<li>Certification as a Medical Billing Specialist or a Professional Coder through an accredited organization, preferred</li>
