Description of the Role

The ideal candidates will answer calls using professional-level interpersonal communications skills, then&nbsp;provide clear and concise written follow-up communications to ensure a high-level of customer satisfaction for customers of IT3 Communications. 
Responsibilities

<li>Answer inbound calls and provide accurate, timely, and satisfactory responses to customer inquiries and concerns.</li>
<li>Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, gather feedback, or provide updates.</li>
<li>De-escalate situations with dissatisfied customers by offering professional, patient, and solution-oriented support.</li>
<li>Address a variety of customer questions, service issues, and technical requests.</li>
<li>Report recurring issues or emerging customer trends to management for analysis and resolution.</li>
<li>Work closely with other call center team members to continuously improve customer service performance.</li>
<li>Assist in onboarding and training new employees by sharing company processes, customer management strategies, and service expectations.</li>
<li>Collect and document customer feedback on products, services, and overall satisfaction.</li>
<li>Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and call handling protocols.</li>

Requirements
