Job Summary:
The Configuration Analyst will perform Oracle configuration to develop new products, enhance existing products, and support business processes. The person in this role ideally should have some experience with the Oracle Insurance Policy Administration system (OIPA), should be able to estimate work and achieve assignments with occasional direction, once familiar with Americo’s environments.
Essential Responsibilities:

<li>Configuration (review requirements, estimate work, configure solutions, unit test)</li>
<li>Understand technical designs and artifacts provided by architects and senior team members. Contribute to artifacts as needed.</li>
<li>Provide configuration leadership on projects as needed.</li>
<li>Provide environment support as needed (migrations, reboots, scripts, etc). Understand cycle and take responsibility for resolution efforts. </li>
<li>Respond to production issues with urgency.</li>

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

<li>Working knowledge of life insurance and annuity industry</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of project management techniques and methodologies</li>

Position Summary
The Client Care Specialist serves eShipping clients by handling their day-to-day Less than Truckload (LTL) questions and any freight needs that may arise. The Client Care specialist will become a subject matter expert on LTL services, and will be trained on shipment processing, quoting, tracking, mode optimization, and all customer service-oriented activities. Client Care reps will assist both small and large sized customers, and in some cases act as account manager within an account. Employees on the Client Care team will have both individual and team goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
• Execute shipment processing, quoting, tracking, mode optimization, and all customer service-oriented activities

• Learn to navigate the internal eShipping platform used by employees
• Train customers on the external online eShipping platform that is used for shipment processing, quoting, tracking, and data gathering.
