Position Summary: The Pool Support Staff are responsible for overseeing checking guests’ Lakeside Chautauqua passes to enter the pool, monitoring the safety and wellbeing of lifeguards, clear and concise communication with other staff and patrons, enforcing rules of the pool, monitoring the slide, cleaning all pool facilities, assisting grounds crew with grounds maintenance, and assisting in seasonal activities at the Lakeside Pool.

Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Serves as a member of the pool staff team and supports the Lifeguard team.</li>
<li>Observes and enforces the safety rules and regulations of the Grindley Aquatics and Wellness Campus</li>
<li>Provide excellent customer service consistent with Lakeside’s standards. Greet all guests upon arrival and check for Lakeside Chautauqua passes, deliver consistent guest service, and provide all other supporting services</li>
<li>Knowledgeable of pool facilities such as length and depth of pool, operational hours, programming, pool and facility rules, how many laps it takes to complete a mile in meters and feet etc.</li>
<li>Knowledgeable of Wellness Center facilities and services to answer guest inquiries. Assist instructor with dry land aerobics and keep facility clean and organized.</li>
<li>Identify and report defects throughout the pool and Wellness Center, notify supervisors and concerned departments immediately of hazards, injuries, equipment, or processes that negatively affect the operations</li>
<li>Ensure the pool deck and wellness center is swept, furniture is in the correct place, tables are clean and wiped down when setting up in the morning and evening</li>
<li>Complete opening shift cleaning duties</li>
<li>Work alongside security, maintenance, and pool staff to ensure the facilities are safe for patron use. Assist facilities and grounds staff in maintaining, plants, flower beds throughout the campus. </li>
<li>You must complete 2 hours of safety training and EAP drills every 30 days.</li>
<li>Recognize, report, and respond to any unsafe conditions, and possible or definite pool hazards</li>
<li>Oversee that all Lakeside Chautauqua rules and regulations are followed</li>
<li>Season Pass Eligibility: Employees are eligible for a season pass provided they work a minimum of 24 hours per week during the season; employees receiving Lakeside‑provided housing are required to work a minimum of 32 hours per week. Season passes are for employment use only and must be returned on the employee’s last day of employment.

Slide Attendant:

<li>Recognize, report, and respond to any unsafe conditions, and possible or definite slide hazards</li>
</ul>

Drackett Hall:
<ul>
<li>Demonstrate ability to work independently or with limited direction</li>
<li>Assist dry land instructors; set up class, tear down class, needs during class</li>
<li>Wipe down workout equipment as needed.</li>
<li>Sweep, stock and clean Drackett building.</li>
<li>Report any issues to Pool Supervisor, Program Coordinator and/or Director of Recreation</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:

<li>CPR and First Aid certified a plus</li>
<li>A responsible high school student or older</li>

Responsibilities
About the Role
During visits that may last up to one hour, our providers assess and observe a member’s health status, medical history, medication adherence, social circumstances, and other potential risks. This approach provides invaluable insights into a member’s overall health that are often missed during standard office visits. The Matrix Comprehensive Health Assessment (CHA) enhances care quality and enables us to address multiple care gaps in a single appointment. Our providers are responsible for:

<li>Conducting assessments for adults and geriatrics, including medical history, diagnosis and treatment, health education, physician referrals, case management referrals, follow-up, and thorough documentation in line with our guidelines and protocols.</li>
<li>Administering and ordering necessary point-of-care and lab-based tests.</li>
<li>Collaborating with physicians, case managers, social workers, family members, key caregivers, and other medical personnel as needed.</li>
<li>Working alongside Primary Care Physicians (PCPs) to provide patient education and follow-up as required.</li>
<li>Delivering services at the member’s residence, which may include their homes or Skilled Nursing Facilities.</li>

Skills &amp; Experience That Shine

<li>Current NP licensure in the state of practice, including prescription authority or the ability to obtain it as necessary.</li>
<li>AANP, AACN, or ANCC board certification in Adult, Adult Gerontology Primary Care, Adult Gerontology Acute Care, Family, Emergency, or Acute Care specialty.</li>
<li>Current BLS, ACLS, or CPR certification.</li>
<li>A minimum of 1 year of NP experience.</li>
<li>Willingness to travel up to 80-90% of the time, including overnight trips and weekends across the assigned state and possibly neighboring states.</li>
<li>A valid state driver’s license and proof of adequate automobile insurance for your state of residence.</li>
