Responsibilities and Duties
OCT currently has an opening for an Acquisition Specialist III / Contract Specialist to work with our federal client in Washington, DC. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

<li>Providing comprehensive "cradle-to-grave" acquisition support across all phases: pre-award, solicitation, evaluation, award, and post-award.</li>
<li>Assisting program offices with acquisition planning, including developing milestone schedules, market research, and Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs).</li>
<li>Preparing procurement packages such as Statements of Work (SOW), Performance Work Statements (PWS), and Justifications for Other than Full and Open Competition (JOFOCs).</li>

Requirements

Role Responsibilities
