o Child Development Associate (CDA); OR o Associate degree (or higher) in any subject area; OR o Completion of at least 60 credit hours in any subject area; OR o State-awarded certificate comparable to a CDA that is approved by the Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE); OR o High school diploma or equivalent, provided the individual earns a CDA within two years of their initial date of hire as an assistant teacher at a child development center. o Previous experience working with children, particularly in a daycare or preschool setting. o Strong understanding of child development principles. o Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. o Ability to work cooperatively with both children and adults. o CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain. o Must pass a background check and health screening. THE ROLE Hourly Shift Leaders are what keeps the entire restaurant running smoothly. Youll be actively working shifts while helping guide our tight teams, keeping service on track, and stepping in wherever needed. Responsibilities include:

<li>Supporting guest service, counter, expo, and food running</li>
<li>Supporting line, prep, and dish teams during service</li>
<li>Maintaining service, food quality, and cleanliness standards</li>
<li>Coaching team members and leading by example</li>
<li>Handling guest concerns and in-the-moment issues</li>
<li>Communicating clearly with kitchen and management teams</li>
<li>Assisting with openings, shift transitions, and closings</li>
</ul>
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

<li>Prior restaurant experience preferred</li>
<li>Experience in both FOH and BOH preferred</li>
<li>Leadership or key-holder experience strongly preferred</li>
