Little Engine Rotisserie & Wings

Little Engine is on a mission to give the neighborhood rotisserie a serious tune-up. Little Engine is led by Chef Rob Sonderman, who grew up a few blocks away and wanted to build the kind of place hed actually want in his neighborhood. Rob has spent his career transforming familiar food into something more craveeable and fun. He helped build DCity Smokehouse and Federalist Pig into two of DCs standout barbecue spots, then co-founded Honeymoon Chicken, where he focused on bringing bold flavors in a fast-casual setting.

We cook with fire, move with purpose, and treat every guest like a regular. Were now hiring Hourly Shift Leaders to help lead our tight team during service. This is a hands-on leadership role for people who know how to keep a kitchen and dining room moving, support their team, and handle problems calmly as they come up.
