Summary:The Business Office Manager (BOM) is responsible for managing all functions of the business office, including the Medicaid Application process, billing, collections, resident trust, and collaboration with our Centralized Billing Office.Education/Experience:
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma and Must possess a minimum of one (1) year experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility business office setting with specific billing/collecting and patient trust accounting experience. </li>
<li>Prior supervisor experience in a business office setting preferred. </li>
</ul>
Job Functions: 
<ul>
<li>Supervises the Business Office staff, including the Receptionist, the Assistant BOM (if applicable) and any other staff in the Nursing center business office.</li>
<li>This position works closely with the Administrator, Central Billing Office, Regional Business Office Manager and Regional Director of Operations.</li>
<li>Responsible for the supervision, hiring and training of the business office staff. </li>
<li>Responsible for all aspects of the resident trust accounting system, including security of patient funds.</li>
<li>Oversees the patient billing system to ensure accuracy of census, patient account billing information, including coordination with other departments as necessary.</li>
<li>Responsible for all patient related accounts receivable balances including Medicare, Medicaid, Insurance, Private and Other Payers to ensure timely billing and collections. </li>
<li>Responsible for ensuring collections of balances due from residents while in the facility.</li>
<li>Manages the Medicaid pending application and conversion process to ensure timely resolution. </li>
<li>Responsible for month-end closing of billing system in accordance with company policy and timelines.</li>
<li>Ensures patient bills and collection letters are processed accurately and timely. </li>
<li>Communicates with Central Billing Office with additional billing information to clear claim edits and rejections. </li>
<li>Coordinate responses to various audit requests. </li>
<li>All other duties as assigned. </li>
</ul>
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

<li>Point Click Care (PCC) billing system experience preferred. </li>
<li>National Data Care Resident Funds Management System (RFMS) experience preferred.</li>

MISSION
To address the tire needs of customers in a safe, approved manner using the proper tools and proper techniques on customer property and roadside assistance calls.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
<ul>
<li>Perform roadside tire service on commercial vehicles (both scheduled hours and after hours on-call)</li>
<li>Perform tire service on customer sites</li>
<li>Identify and inflate tires correctly for the size and ply</li>
<li>Place wheels on balancing machines to determine counterweights required to balance wheels</li>
<li>Dismount wheels from trucks/equipment using lug wrenches and other hand and power tools</li>
<li>Mount wheels onto trucks/equipment</li>
<li>Replace valve stems and remove puncturing objects</li>
<li>Repair tires that have been punctured</li>
<li>Maintain service vehicle – daily inspections, oil changes, etc.</li>
<li>Keep truck fully stocked with tire accessories </li>

PAY AND BENEFITS

*Outside Service Technicians are compensated through a combination of hourly pay, daytime service commission, and night/weekend service commission. DRUG TESTING
Purcell Tire tests for the presence of THC in all drug screenings for this position, due to the safety-sensitive nature of the job and the potential for injury or death when a tire is installed improperly, or a safety-related mechanical issue is not properly conveyed to a customer. It is a bona fide occupational qualification for service technicians to be unimpaired, so the Company will continue testing for THC and other drugs under the safety-sensitive exceptions allowed by your state.
