What to expect as a Centralized DI Scheduler:

<li>Call patients to schedule out-patient testing. This could result in a x1 call or multiple calls up to x3, after x3 call/left message or attempt, the scheduler completes a workload message to the ordering provider team members to follow up with the patient. </li>
