Job DescriptionCNC Lathe Setup Machinist
$28–$35/hr | Weekly Pay | 1st Shift

What You’ll Do
- Perform complete setups and operate CNC Hyper Quadrex turning centers
- Machine high-precision parts to tight tolerances
- Partner with the Lathe Manager and Engineering team to:
- Troubleshoot and optimize programs
- Improve machining processes
- Resolve production and tooling issues
- Monitor tool wear and maintain consistent quality throughout runs
- Make program edits and adjustments using Fanuc controls (G & M code)
- Maintain accurate setup sheets and production documentation
What You Bring
- Strong experience in CNC lathe setup and operation
- Ability to troubleshoot issues directly at the machine
- Experience working in tight-tolerance, precision environments
- Familiarity with Fanuc controls
- Experience with Hyper Quadrex machines (highly preferred)
- Experience with Nakamura, Miyano, or similar equipment (a plus)
- Experience supporting industries like:
- Aerospace
- Medical
- Defense/Military
- Data storage (preferred but not required)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
