Job description We are seeking a qualified clinical therapist to join our team as an outpatient psychotherapist. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in behavioral health and demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality mental health services. This role involves working with individuals, families, and groups to address a variety of psychological and emotional challenges. The Clinical Therapist will play a critical role in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of clients. 
 
Duties
<ul>
<li>Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs.</li>
<li>Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical best practices.</li>
<li>Provide various therapeutic modalities including CBT, DBT, Psychodynamic Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, EMDR, etc.</li>
<li>Facilitate child family counseling sessions to improve communication and relationships within families.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records in compliance with regulatory standards. </li>
</ul>
Skills
<ul>
<li>Trauma-informed</li>
<li>Experience in child family counseling and understanding of pediatric mental health issues.</li>
<li>Knowledge of crisis management strategies to assist clients during critical situations.</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients of all ages.</li>
<li>Commitment to ongoing professional development and clinical research initiatives. </li>
</ul>

 Job Type: Part-time to Full-time, 1099, paid twice a month. Must see at least 20 patients per week.
 
Pay: $75.00 per hour (No-shows are unpaid)
