Runs goals created by a certified therapist; teaches skills related to language acquisition, behavior, social skills, and daily living skills. If there is no session, will perform administrative duties. Guaranteed 15 hours a week Essential duties and responsibilities include the following, as well as other duties as directed by management: In-home ABA therapy Substitute Sessions $30 an hour when a session occurs: Must be available to attend a session with 2 hours notice between the hours of 3pm-7:30pm Monday-Friday.

<li>Attend on-call substitute sessions sessions and implement one-to-one behavior intervention services with clients and families throughout DC</li>

YOUR SHIFT
While working this caregiving position, you can expect a schedule of Friday and Sunday, 7:00 PM–8:00 AM. This overnight role is designed for someone who can stay attentive through the night while enjoying mostly restful hours. Responsibilities include:

<li>Staying onsite in the client's room overnight</li>
<li>Light sleep while the client sleeps (recliner provided!)</li>
<li>Responding to bed alarm alerts</li>
<li>Offering stand-by assistance for restroom trips</li>
<li>Ensuring the client returns to bed safely</li>
<li>Creating a calm, stable, reassuring overnight environment</li>
</ul>

<li>Master’s or doctoral degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC, PhD, PsyD)</li>
<li>Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license (i.e., able to work independently, without supervision from a licensed supervisor) without current, past, or pending disciplinary action</li>
<li>Experience and commitment to providing evidence-based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT) and clinical best practices (e.g., measurement based care, promoting skills practice)</li>
<li>Ability to provide care to children, adults, couples, and/or families with a strong preference for in-person care delivery</li>
<li>Must have office space with ability to see clients for in-person sessions</li>
<li>Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises, as needed</li>
<li>Full-time resident of the United States</li>
