What You’ll Do

<li>Obtain and document patient history</li>
<li>Follow office workup protocols</li>
<li>Determine visual acuity</li>
<li>Perform automated refraction</li>
<li>Administer eye drops, ointments, and irrigating solutions to the eye as ordered by a physician</li>
<li>Perform office duties and clinical tasks - enter data into EMR, provide patient services</li>
<li>Measurement of intraocular pressure (tonometry)</li>
<li>Pre-operative preparation of patient</li>
<li>Maintain equipment and instruments</li>
</ul>
