Duties:
The caregiver (CHHA) will be responsible for:

Qualifications:

<li>Received a minimum of 75 hours of classroom and supervised practical training with at least 16 hours devoted to supervised practical training and with at least 16 hours of classroom instruction completed.</li>
<li>One year experience as a CNA, hospice aide or home health aide. (Hospice preferred)</li>
<li>At least 18 years old.</li>
<li>Must be a licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order.</li>
<li>The ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing.</li>

Summary: Visitor Screeners screen all visitors and their personal items for prohibited items for Arlington National Cemetery. 
Essential Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Screen visitors and their personal items for prohibited items using handheld magnetometers, x-ray machines, and visual / on-hand inspections. </li>
<li>Provide general information, directions, and other forms of assistance to visitors.</li>
<li>Understand and maintain knowledge of ANC </li>
</ul>
Requirement:
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent and two years of work experience in visitor screening operations. Equivalent work experience includes, but is not limited to, duties such as searching bags/luggage, processing large groups of visitors, and operating applicable sensing equipment. </li>
<li>This position is stationary and requires constant standing. </li>
<li>Screeners must be able to work outdoors and function in all types of weather.</li>

Skills:
<ul>
<li>Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language with sufficient fluency to support the requirements within this contract</li>

Physical Requirements: This position is stationary and requires constant standing. This position is a year-around, outdoor position, and functions in all types of weather. 
Communication:Excellent customer service via phone and face to face conversation, excellent written and oral command of English.

Registered Behavior Technician job responsibilities include:
<ul>
<li>Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings utilizing a combination of intensive teaching and natural environment training</li>
<li>Follow the prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols as outlined in the client's individualized treatment plan built by BCBA/BC</li>
<li>Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior</li>
<li>Assist with parent and caregiver training in line with the client’s individualized treatment and behavior reduction protocols</li>
<li>Ensure documentation is completed on time and following established procedures</li>
<li>Effectively communicate with parents and caregivers regarding client progress as instructed by BCBA/BC</li>
<li>Utilize safe and appropriate procedures when working with clients and appropriately report all critical incidents and safety concerns</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment</li>
<li>Assist BCBA/BC in the preparation of client materials, behavior reduction assessments, and skills acquisition</li>
</ul>
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge:
<ul>
<li>Must hold and maintain current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) as issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)&nbsp;</li>
<li>Must be willing to participate in the company’s background check process</li>
<li>A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED is required</li>
<li>Must have reliable transportation</li>
<li>Must be at least 18 years of age</li>
<li>Willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification&nbsp;</li>
<li>Willing to obtain a tuberculosis (TB) test annually&nbsp;</li>
<li>Must be able to physically perform this job, including getting down on the floor and standing up many times, lifting up to 50lbs, and the ability to run/move quickly if required to do so for the interaction with and safety and protection of the children with whom you work</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail with the ability to do repetitive things in a precise manner</li>
<li>Ability to follow and carry out detailed instructions</li>
<li>Strong understanding of technology to be able to record data on a mobile device and navigate digital applications</li>
<li>Good written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Strong cultural competency with the ability to remain flexible and open-minded</li>
