Clinicians take initiative in serving their caseload of clients by assessing needs, creating and implementing treatment plans, and supporting client goals and progress. Clinicians will see a caseload meeting productivity requirements of at least 20 billable hours per week.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Provide quality clinical care to a caseload of clients provided to you by Verge Therapy</li>
<li>Perform initial diagnostic evaluation of client needs and develop customized treatment plans</li>
<li>Provide weekly or biweekly therapy sessions using appropriate modality of treatment</li>
<li>Submit client progress notes on a timely basis using EMR system</li>
<li>Provide clients and families with the resources they need to reach treatment goals</li>
<li>Monitor client progress and modify their treatment plans as needed</li>
<li>Coordinate and collaborate with other agencies, providers, and community outreach programs to provide clients with needed services and continuity of care</li>
<li>Complete continuing education courses to maintain Massachusetts licensure requirements and stay up-to-date on the latest practices</li>
<li>Communicate with clients in a timely and professional manner</li>
<li>Assess client safety each session and complete safety planning or recommendations as determined by assessment</li>
<li>Adhere to safety procedures including immediate reporting or client safety concerns</li>
<li>Attend required meetings and supervisions</li>
</ul>
What We’re Looking For:
<ul>
<li>Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field (LCSW, LPC, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent preferred).</li>
<li>Licensed or license-eligible in the state of MA.</li>
<li>Experience providing affirming, culturally competent care to diverse populations.</li>
<li>Strong foundation in evidence-based interventions, with a willingness to continuously adapt and grow.</li>
<li>Commitment to relational, anti-oppressive, and trauma-informed practice.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills; committed to authentic, transparent, and compassionate communication.</li>
<li>EHR proficiency and strong clinical documentation skills.</li>
