We are seeking a compassionate and client-centered Part-Time Evening Virtual IOP Counselor (Licensed in Montana) to join our Clinical Services team. In this role, you will provide telehealth-based clinical care to individuals navigating substance use disorders. You will support clients through group counseling, treatment planning, and recovery-oriented interventions within a structured intensive outpatient setting. What You’ll Do
Client &amp; Clinical Support

General Purpose:
The Charge Nurse is a pivotal leadership role responsible for the daily clinical operations, patient flow, and staff supervision specifically across three convenient care clinic locations. This position is approximately 70% clinical and 30% administrative, balancing hands-on patient care with essential leadership duties. Work Schedule
This position is exempt and may require work outside standard hours/shifts and in excess of 40 hours in a workweek.
 
We offer a competitive salary range of $82,000-106,000, depending on your experience.
