<li>Conduct operational psychology factual research, white paper creation, testing applicants, and providing Subject Matter Expert (SME) input for plans pertaining to regulations and policies.</li>
<li>Provide back-up psychological support to USASOC Survival, Resistance, Evasion, and Escape (SERE) programs</li>
<li>Must have excellent writing skills, with the ability to translate sound clinical judgment into clear and appropriate recommendations.</li>
<li>Complete and submit all required documentation expeditiously and accurately in the required format.</li>
<li>Provide exceptional customer service.</li>

Requirements:
<ul>
<li>PsyD or PhD from an accredited doctoral program in clinical counseling/Psychology.</li>
<li>Must have a valid and unrestricted Psychologist license for the state that work is conducted.</li>
<li>Must be eligible to obtain secret clearance or top-secret clearance as required by contract.</li>
<li>Candidate shall have the following complete courses: OPPS, SERE, and AOPAC. With government approval, candidates may be able to obtain these after hiring.</li>
<li>At least 3 years using the psychological testing instruments common in the various USASOC programs (i.e., MMPI-2, MAB, NEO-PI-R, TAIS, etc.).</li>
<li>At least 3 years of experience conducting personal assessments and selection interviews.</li>
<li>At least 3 years of experience working with military, law enforcement, national security, or government agencies.</li>
<li>Must be a US citizen and reside in the United States.</li>
