EDUCATION/TRAINING: Graduated from an accredited nursing program and received nursing diploma. Currently licensed as LPN or RN in the State of Montana. Current CPR training and First Aid. 
 SKILLS: Knowledge and understanding of current nursing theory and practice and ability to perform accordingly under the supervision of the Director of Patient Care and/or Medical Director; understanding of Rimrock’s policies related to patient care; knowledge of limitations in nursing practice and ability to request assistance of supervisor when needed; ability to establish appropriate rapport with chemically dependent patients; understanding of chemical dependency therapy process and ability to function as a member of an interdisciplinary treatment team. Computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft software including Word, Excel and Outlook.
 PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Work is indoors in an office environment with moderate noise. Intermittent physical effort involving lifting of up to 25 pounds, walking and stooping is required. A typical workday involves sitting, frequent use of a keyboard, reaching with hands and arms, and talking and hearing, approximately 70% of the time. Approximately 30% or less of the time is spent standing. Normal vision abilities required, including close vision and ability to adjust focus.

Venesco LLC is looking for a Cognitive Performance Specialist (CPS) to support the Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) System for the Center for Initial Military Training (CIMT), Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC). The ideal candidate will be a psychologist with a proficiency in sports psychology who has worked with individual athletes and groups of athletes at the levels of NCAA Collegiate, Olympic, professional sports, and/or Service Members.
As the CPS, you will establish and administer effective cognitive enhancement education and tailored training programs designed to maximize cognitive performance, team cohesion, and task specific performance of BDE personnel.
The Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) System is the Army’s primary investment in Soldier readiness and lethality, optimal physical and non-physical performance, reduced injury rates, improved rehabilitation after injury, and increased overall effectiveness of the Total Army. The system empowers and equips Soldiers to take charge of their health, fitness, and well-being in order to optimize individual performance, while preventing injury and disease. Highly trained, disciplined, and fit Soldiers build cohesive teams.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>The CPS shall complete the specific tasks in the PWS. CPS shall perform services IAW the Association for Applied Sport Psychology or the American Board of Sport Psychology Scope of Practice.</li>
<li>Collaboratively work with interdisciplinary HIT and BDE H2F Performance Teams to:</li>
<li>Educate and train beneficial approaches to Soldier readiness and care in a holistic, interdisciplinary fashion.</li>
<li>Instruct and adjust the clinical approach into and around the Soldier’s health, the BDE mission and the training calendar by adjusting timing and intensity of care into the battle rhythm of the unit.</li>
<li>Ensure understanding of the importance of the Soldier as an integrated member of the BDE and how by providing care within the brigade area and sustaining direct contact with other members of the brigade enhances unit cohesion.</li>
<li>Teach how to establish influence and build beneficial relationships to further advocate for the H2F team and promote to unit leaders the best approaches to unit readiness.</li>
<li>Participate in in-person or virtual pre-implementation planning meetings with the HIT and BDE representatives to prepare cognitive performance specific plan based on unit assessment for the implementation site visit.</li>
<li>Disseminate prerequisite nformation/tasks for BDE leaders and the BDE H2F Performance Team. Tasks may include, but are not limited to, pre-briefs with unit representatives, unit data analysis, content verification, and BDE culture/history review.</li>
<li>Based on needs assessment of unit, create additional or modify existing H2F implementation content. Content to be approved by Government prior to use.</li>
<li>Attend implementation site visits with the HIT to deliver standardized H2F implementation plan, and to optimize the BDE H2F Performance Team’s execution within the framework of the unit’s training/operational schedule, battle rhythm, and culture.</li>
<li>Participate in post-implementation meetings with the HIT and BDE representatives to reinforce, supplement, and clarify H2F System standards and practices following the implementation site visit.</li>
<li>Participate in virtual H2F implementation and support programming to support COMPO 1/2/3 units.</li>
<li>Participate in periodic meetings with the HIT PD and other HIT team members to provide a report on H2F System implementation efforts related to physical training program and recommendations/feedback on to enhance Soldier/unit progression. Report shall be furnished IAW local policy.</li>
<li>Track and document summary questions, concerns, and comments from discussions and sessions held with BDE H2F Performance Teams and BDE leaders and recommend opportunities for H2F System improvement to the Government.</li>

<li>Possess a Doctoral degree in Psychology, Human Performance, Kinesiology, Counseling, Counseling Psychology, Coaching Education, or Exercise Science, and/or Sport Sciences with a specialization in Sport Psychology.</li>
<li>Possess a license as a psychologist with a proficiency in sports psychology as recognized in Division 47 of the American Psychological Association, or Certification as a Certified Consultant through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology (CC-AASP), or Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC), or Board Certified Sport Psychologist through the American Board of Sport Psychology (ABSP).</li>
<li>Have a minimum of five years of demonstrable accumulated experience (recent experience preferred) as a mental performance coach or sport psychology practitioner with individual athletes and groups of athletes at the levels of NCAA Collegiate, Olympic, professional sports, and/or Service Members in the accompanying, respective settings.</li>

The Rehabilitation Aide, with documented training and under the supervision of the Licensed Addiction Counselor or Mental Health Professional Staff the Rehabilitation Aide, will provide psychosocial rehabilitation services as noted in the Administrative Rules of Montana 37.106.1413. Will provide direct services and support to clients after program hours in addition to any delegated assistance to Medical Unit staff and Counselors. Assure adherence to state statutes and rules, CARF standards, and federal regulations including HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2. Positively represents the organization and promotes Rimrock’s Mission to the community.
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
<ol>
<li>Provide observation and therapeutic support to assigned patients, to include rounds at the assigned residential sites to assure security and maintenance of program schedules.</li>
<li>Report all incidents, unusual events and emergencies immediately to the Supervisor and nurse on duty, according to Rimrock’s policies and procedures. </li>
<li>Intervene and de-escalate situations when necessary. </li>
<li>Monitor and facilitate client phone calls. </li>
<li>Document patient care or behavioral issues to the clinical care team through AM/PM comm logs.</li>
<li>Monitor all visitors and assure that no contraband is brought into the facility by visitors or patients.</li>
<li>Perform client luggage searches at the time of admission and transport any luggage to storage area. Additional searches as needed. </li>
<li>Provide necessary assistance to any client while they self-administer medication, which includes removing medication from secured storage, handling and opening medication, providing verbal, visual, or written instruction, holding and assisting the client when drinking oral medications. </li>
<li>Attend all scheduled staff meetings and in-services to ensure compliance with all mandatory training requirements noted in the Administrative Rules of Montana 37.106.1434 and by CARF standards.</li>
<li>Follow guidelines under code of conduct section in employee handbook.</li>
<li>Assist with food service and patient supervision in dining room. </li>
<li>Monitor and accompany client on any breaks. </li>
<li>Complies with regular, predictable, and reliable attendance.</li>

Needs to attend 4 hours of CEU training annually, specifically Trauma Informed Care, De-escalation, Motivational Interviewing, and Suicide Awareness.

The Institute for Behavior Change is a non-profit foundation that recruits, trains, deploys and monitors staff who deliver Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) to children located in schools, homes, and the community who are diagnosed with mental health disorders. We were founded in 1997 and continue to supply highly trained staff to leading IBHS agencies throughout Delaware, Montgomery, and Bucks Counties.
 
The Behavioral Health Technician position is the heart of our services and offers an opportunity to have a large positive impact on a child’s life. BHT providers work directly with children to implement their treatment plan within their classrooms, their homes and in the community – wherever they need the therapeutic support. 
As a BHT, you will have the opportunity to create a bond with a child who needs your expertise and skills to improve their quality of life. You will work directly under the supervision of a Behavior Specialist who will provide you with training and on-going support. You will also have the opportunity to provide insights and suggestions to the Behavior Specialist to help improve the client’s treatment. Our BHT providers are supported throughout their employment and valued as important members of our treatment team. 
This position is paid hourly. The location of the services will depend upon the case(s) assigned to the BHT. We work to the best of our ability with our BHT team members to assign them to meaningful cases, close to their home location, and with the number of hours per week desired (up to 40). We routinely need staff who are available to work with a single child for 25 or more hours each week; many of our clients need BHT staff year-round, however, the assigned hours may decrease during the summer months.
