Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:

The Flight Nurse is responsible for working with the Flight Paramedic in the delivery of advanced critical care to patients of the Life Flight Network. QUALIFICATIONS &amp; SKILLS
Minimum of five (5) years of ICU/ED/Trauma experience within the last ten (10) years. Previous flight experience preferred. Flight experience can be substituted year for year for the ICU/ED/Trauma requirement. Current licensure and/or certification as listed below:

You will be assigned a workload that may consist of 1:1 client ratio each requiring various hours of servicing per month (20-40+ hours). Employees will be required to set daily/weekly meeting times with the family and ensure adaptive skills training be delivered based on program goals and objectives. You are required to fill out daily activity logs, data sheets, sign in sheets, and compile monthly goal percentages to establish program effectiveness. Schedule: Part-time | Monday–Friday | 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Pay: $18.00/hour
About the Role:
We’re seeking compassionate, reliable individuals to provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children ages 1–6 with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
As a Behavior Technician, you’ll work directly with children in a clinic-based setting, helping them build critical life skills through our unique, play-based ReggioABA™ approach. You’ll be trained and supported by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) every step of the way.
This is a physically and emotionally active role. You’ll spend much of your day on the floor with children, supporting them as they learn to communicate, potty train, and manage big emotions. At times, children may engage in behaviors such as screaming, biting, or hitting—you’ll be trained to respond calmly and professionally.
Reliability is key: families depend on consistent, committed staff to help their children grow. Attendance and punctuality are essential from your very first day of paid training through your work in the clinic.

Requirements
Responsibilities

<li>Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children ages 1–6 in a clinic-based setting </li>
<li> Implement individualized behavior intervention plans written by a BCBA </li>
<li> Collect and track accurate data on each child’s progress </li>
<li> Support daily care tasks (feeding, diapering, dressing, grooming) as needed </li>
<li> Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for children and staff </li>
<li> Collaborate with teammates and communicate professionally and respectfully with families </li>
<li> Encourage play, social engagement, and positive behavior through our ReggioABA™ approach </li>
<li> Participate in regular training, supervision, and feedback sessions to build your skills</li>

<li> Must not have immediate family members currently receiving therapy at our clinics </li>

Behavior Technician

<h3>Job Description</h3>
We are seeking a full-time or part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to improve residents' communication and swallowing abilities through assessment, diagnosis, and therapy interventions. 
<ul>
<li>Responsibilities include developing and revising individualized treatment plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining resident dignity and privacy.</li>
<li>Requirements: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, valid state license, prior experience preferred, and ability to pass background checks. Must have excellent communication, organizational, and technical skills, and be flexible to work outside standard hours and travel to facilities.</li>
