<li>Provide clinical support for all Joint Commission-related activities and overall quality initiatives.</li>
<li>Deliver comprehensive training on various nursing specialties and provide essential resources to enhance understanding and support for nursing staff.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as required.</li>
</ul>
Required Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 5 years of Adult Acute Care experience (MUST be within the last 2 years).</li>
<li>Bachelor of Science in Nursing is required.</li>
<li>Experience In ER or ICU, strongly preferred. Additional experience in float pool and/or other specialty areas is a plus.</li>
<li>Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge and experience in the care, treatment, and services offered by various units within the hospital.</li>
<li>Experience as a preceptor and/or clinical educator is strongly preferred.</li>
<li>Strong cardiac rhythm identification skills preferred.</li>
<li>Desire to teach and provide ongoing support to licensed nurses and other healthcare workers, as well as internal staff.</li>
<li>Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.</li>

Compensation

<li>$85,000 + 10% Bonus</li>
