Patient Care Technician (PCT) 
Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) at Health Systems Management support and work under the guidance of RNs to provide dialysis treatment to multiple patients at a time. PCTs have a combination of technical skills and compassion needed to improve the quality of life for our patients while promoting positive patient outcomes. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to learn the discipline of dialysis. To be considered for this position qualified candidates are required to have a minimum of 6 months of healthcare and/or direct patient care experience. Good fit for those with - CHT, CCHT, CNA, CMA, PCA, CPT, CMA, EMT, CST, CPhT, etc.

PCT Responsibilities and Physical Demands:
The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of the job.

<li>Greet patients and collect details regarding their previous treatment. Report any concerns or observations to the lead nurse. </li>

<li>Monitor the dialysis machine for any malfunction. Report any malfunctions to the lead nurse. </li>
<li>Demonstrates knowledge of infection control as related to hand washing, personal protective equipment (PPE), and universal precautions. </li>
<li>Maintain patient safety and comfort, which may include assisting with personal care needs and activities of daily living. </li>
<li>Responds appropriately to emergency situations. </li>
<li>Note you will have exposure to blood, needles, and various other bodily fluids. </li>
<li>This position provides direct patient care that regularly involves heavy lifting, moving of patients, and assisting with ambulation. </li>
<li>PCT will spend considerable time walking, bending, stretching, and standing. </li>
<li>The employee may occasionally be required to move machines, equipment, and may lift chemical and water solutions of up to 30 pounds and high as five feet. </li>
<li>You are required to acknowledge the inter-facility coverage policy that supports floating to various clinics during and after your training, if needed. </li>

<li>Develop and implement integrative and personalized treatment protocols that include targeted nutritional plans, supplementation, detoxification, and lifestyle interventions.</li>
<li>Perform chiropractic adjustments, Applied Kinesiology (AK), and other manual therapies to support neurological integrity and structural alignment as part of the broader functional medicine plan.</li>
<li>Provide in-depth patient education on functional nutrition, stress management, exercise, and other lifestyle interventions crucial for sustainable health.</li>
<li>Manage patient care related to gut health, hormone balance, autoimmunity, and complex chronic inflammatory conditions.</li>
<li>Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure deeply integrated patient care.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and timely patient records.</li>

Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited chiropractic college.</li>
<li>Valid and active Minnesota chiropractic license.</li>
<li>Significant training and/or certification in Functional Medicine is required (e.g., IFM, Kresser Institute, Apeiron, FMU, etc.).</li>
<li>Proficiency and clinical experience with Applied Kinesiology (AK) is required.</li>
<li>Demonstrable experience in ordering and interpreting a wide range of functional lab panels.</li>
<li>Strong foundation in clinical nutrition and botanical medicine.</li>
<li>A relentless commitment to root-cause investigation and a patient-centered, holistic approach.</li>

We are looking to hire Providers who are Board Certified nurse practitioners or Physician Assistants with BLS Certification, Active NC Provider license in good standing and coms with at last 1 yar Provider experience in the Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, and/or Primary Care Medicine settings. Prior experience in an outpatient medical clinic or urgent care setting preferred. Job Responsibilities

<li>PA or NP Provider obtains an adequate history and performs an appropriate physical examination for the presenting problem</li>
<li>Order pertinent laboratory and radiographic studies as needed based on the initial evaluation</li>
<li>Make appropriate therapeutic decisions in conjunction with the patient based on the information gathered.</li>
<li>Administers appropriate medication or treatment as necessary.</li>
