Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a Home Health assignment in Hawaii. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing high-quality patient care in a home health setting, with the ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload.
Submission Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience with a Medicare-certified home health agency [REQUIRED]
- Prior travel nursing experience [REQUIRED]
- Active and clear driver’s license and current car insurance [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
- Active Hawaii RN license [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
- Experience with Homecare Home Base and OASIS [REQUIRED]
- COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT] (No declinations accepted)
