Wages begin at $20.00/hr. and up to $23.42/hr. depending on related experience.
*Night shift Med Tech and CNA’s receive an additional $3.00/hr

<li>Organize and administer medications, including insulin as prescribed to resident</li>
<li>Observe and communicate to Licensed Nurse any concerns, negative drug effects or interactions if suspected.</li>
<li>Manage Medication Cart with accuracy and competence</li>
<li>Assist residents with activities of daily living, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring, and mobility, as needed</li>
<li>Engage with residents in meaningful conversation, socialization, and activity while providing personal care and medication assistance</li>
<li>Observe residents for changes in physical, emotional, mental or behavioral condition, unusual symptoms, medication side effects, accidents, injuries, or unusual occurrences and report promptly to Director of Nursing or designee.</li>

Duties and Responsibilities:

<li>Develop a written plan of care for each resident and review all medical and nursing treatments to ensure they are in accordance with the resident’s care plan and wishes.</li>
<li>Implement and maintain an ongoing quality assurance program for the nursing department, and monitor the facility’s QI, QM and survey reports.</li>
<li>Assist in the planning, scheduling and revising of the MDS, including the implementation of CAAs and Triggers.</li>
<li>Review and revise care plans and assessments, and ensure that all personnel involved in providing care are aware of the resident’s care plan.</li>
<li>Develop methods for coordination of nursing services with other resident services to ensure the continuity of the resident’s total regimen of care.</li>
<li>Participate in and develop reviews of the discharge plans and prepare reports for the Care Plan Committee as directed.</li>
<li>Monitor nursing care to ensure that all nursing personnel follow established departmental policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Review nurses’ notes to determine if the care plan is being followed.</li>
<li>Determine the staffing needs and work assignments of the nursing department necessary to meet the total nursing needs of the residents.</li>

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

All are welcome to apply! Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) at Sunrise ABA are responsible for implementing individualized ABA treatment plans under the direct supervision of a BCBA. The role involves working one-on-one with clients to deliver therapy sessions, collect data on client progress, and support the development of critical skills across various domains such as communication, social interaction, and adaptive behavior.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Implement ABA treatment plans as designed and directed by the supervising BCBA.</li>
<li>Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients in home, school, and community settings.</li>
<li>Utilize positive reinforcement and other ABA techniques to promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction.</li>
<li>Accurately collect and record data on client progress during each session.</li>
<li>Monitor and report changes in client behavior and progress to the supervising BCBA.</li>
<li>Assist in the preparation of progress reports and attend team meetings to discuss client development.</li>
<li>Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.</li>
<li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ABA principles and practices.</li>
<li>Receive regular feedback and supervision from BCBA to ensure the highest quality of care.</li>
<li>Collaborate effectively with clients' families and other team members to ensure consistency and generalization of skills across settings.</li>
<li>Provide support and training to family members and caregivers as needed.</li>
<li>Maintain professional and respectful communication with clients, families, and colleagues.</li>

Qualifications:

<li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field preferred.</li>
<li>Experience implementing ABA programs or working with children with special needs is a plus</li>
<li>RBT certification strongly preferred (RBT certification required upon start- Sunrise can provide support to obtain the credential)</li>
